Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new gear within 3-5 business days.
